Using archival photographs, institutional records, memorabilia and other primary resources, the exhibit highlights the impact of various New Deal programs on the physical campus environment and on student life during the 1930s, including the Works Progress Administration, the National Youth Administration and the Federal Emergency Relief Administration. The exhibit is in conjunction with the installation of the restored Depression-era mural “NRA Packages” in the library. The exhibit is on display through summer session 2008 in Reference Services and the Donor Hall, as well as in the Department of Special Collections.
