The Inamori Foundation and the Kyoto Symposium organization proudly invite you to attend the Seventh Annual Kyoto Laureate Symposium. The Kyoto Prize is Japan's highest private award for lifetime achievement. Please join us as we welcome the Kyoto Advanced Technology Presentation by 2007 Laureate Chemist Hiroo Inokuchi.
Dr. Inokuchi established the scientific foundation for studying the electrical conductivity of organic materials. Further, he systematically elucidated the electronic structure of a wide variety of organic materials by photoelectron spectroscopy. Through such research, he established the academic base essential for studying these electronic properties, making fundamental contributions to the subsequent development of organic molecular electronics-a field with vast promise for society. |
